Common Questions

Everything parents ask before enrolling. Still have questions? Message us on WhatsApp →

Kids build real things - robots that move, machines that work, structures that stand. Every session ends with something they made themselves. That confidence is visible from week one.
Our programs are designed for children ages 3 to 14. Younger kids start with KinderBots, while older students move into advanced robotics and engineering. Every class listing shows the age range clearly.
Classes run weekly for a set series — typically 4 to 9 sessions after school or on weekends. Camps are full-day or half-day programs during school breaks, running Monday through Friday for one week.
We recommend starting from the beginning since each session builds on the last. That said reach out to us, in some cases we can accommodate a late start depending on how far along the group is and the skill level needed in that series
Our instructors will catch your child up at the start of the next session on key learnings they missed out on. Each session has 1 build, and is self-contained enough that missing one class does not derail the experience.
We keep class sizes small with a minimum 1:12 instructor-to-child ratio and a maximum of 24 kids. Most of our classes run even smaller which means more hands-on attention for every child.
Yes. We do our best to share pictures with families through Google Drive so you can see the fun projects and activities your child participated in. Please note that there may be a short delay in sharing photos. Before posting, we carefully review the pictures and remove or blur any children whose parents have not provided photo-sharing consent. Thank you for your patience as we protect every family’s privacy.
It depends on the class level. No prior robotics, engineering or coding experience are needed for our intro level robotics, as they are specifically designed for first-time builders. Kids pick it up faster than you would expect.

If you need to cancel: More than 4 weeks before the session starts: Full refund, less a $10 processing fee 2–4 weeks before the session starts: 50% refund Within 2 weeks of the session start date: No refund Transfers to another available session may be possible, depending on availability. For medical cancellations, a full refund less a $10 processing fee may be provided with a written physician’s note. If Snapology cancels an activity, families will receive a full refund or a prorated refund for any canceled portion of the program. When registration is handled by a third party, such as a school, recreation center, or partner organization, their refund and cancellation policy will apply.
We bring everything with respect to the class. Just make sure they have their water bottle and food (in full day camps), and comfortable clothes so they can build easily.
Early drop-off and late pick-up may be available for select camps and workshops, depending on the location and the specific program. When available, these options will appear on the event card after you select the session you are interested in. If you do not see early drop-off or late pick-up listed, it means the service is not available for that session.
Yes. To ensure our staff can stay on schedule and to prevent misuse of late pick-up, most camps and classes include a late pick-up fee. Parents may pick up their child within the first 10 minutes after the scheduled end time at no extra charge. After that, a fee of $20 for every 20-minute period will apply.
We understand that delays can happen. Please call us as soon as possible if you expect to be late. Snapology programs are held at different locations, and each location may have its own pick-up guidelines. For after-school programs, recreation centers, or partner locations, we follow the location’s child handoff and supervision policies. For Snapology-run camps or classes, our late pick-up policy will apply. Please note that our instructors typically need to clean up, pack materials, and leave within 30–40 minutes after the class or camp ends, so timely pick-up is very important.
We do offer sibling discounts on select programs. Message us on WhatsApp or Text us, with both children names and ages and we will share the discount code before you register.
